Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology grew out of the Communication Signal Equipment Factory of Harbin Railway Bureau built in 1958. The products our factory provided were widely used in the whole national railway system. Since the 1980s, in order to meet increasing need for safety of railway, our strategy focused more on train monitoring&detection equipment and automatic blocking system. Our products are always leading in Chinese railway signaling market. In 1998, in order to improve more ability in researching and producing, Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, with Harbin Railway Bureau as the majority shareholder.

Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology was registered in Harbin High-tech Industry Zone. The capital of registration was 37 million RMB. Our company is devoted to researching, developing and producing track vacancy detection devices and signaling system. There are 229 employees now, with an average age of 35. Our company passed ISO9001: 2000 Quality System Certification in 2002. We have always been performing high quality control on our products and improving our service.

Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology owns an R&D Center with an area of more than 3000 square meters. The center has a high-frequency track circuit experiment station, an axle counting experiment station and a post-doctoral research center. Our company also owns an electrical assembly factory and a machine case factory, equipped with modern electrical assembly and production line, digital control sheet-metal working equipment and other advanced equipment.

Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology pays close attention to the trend in the railway signaling field. We have been cooperated with many domestic and international research institutes to ensure constant innovation and development of our products. At present, the two leading products are JWJ-C2 Axle Counters and ZPW-2000R Automatic Block System licensed by the Ministry of Railways of China.
