JWJ-C2 Axle Counting System

It is a fail-safe signaling system for automatic track vacancy detection. Due to its reliability and economic efficiency, it is becoming an optimal solution in railway safety and signaling area. It can be integrated into both semi-automatic and automatic blocking sections. It is widely applied to light rail, industrial railways, hump marshalling yard and grade crossing control as well.

Features:

The system combines “two out of two” structure, “safe AND gate” and “dynamic driving” and other technologies, in conformity to fail-safe principle.

Adjustment-free wheel sensor is used to make equipment installation, application, and maintenance easy. The “supplementary sensor” technology in use can strengthen the anti-interference ability of the system.

“One point to multiple points” CAN bus technology of transmission from the host machine to outdoor axle counting points works with digital communication mode with CRC and ARQ error-detection technology to enhance reliability of the system.

Modular construction is adopted in flexible configurations to meet various requirements.

The system has self-test function and has RS485 interface.

The axle counting maintenance unit can monitor working conditions of the axle counting equipment and record data information to provide scientific basis for normal operation and error analysis of the system.
