ZPW-2000R Automatic Block System

The system is licensed by the Ministry of Railways. It is a new type of automatic block system with jointless frequency shift track circuit, which was developed through technical innovation and improvement on basis of digestion and absorption of French UM71 track circuit. The product is suitable for electrified or non-electrified single-line and double-line automatic block sections and can meet the requirement for promoting cab signal as the dominant signal.

The equipment in the tuning area is distributed in five points. The working voltage of the tuning area is raised and operation of the equipment is stable.

The self-diagnostic device attached to the equipment can perform remote monitoring, diagnosis, and early warning functions, providing visual data for equipment repair and routine check.

It can perform two-way train tracing function and improve train operation efficiency.

Monitoring indicator lights are equipped on the panel of the equipment, so the working conditions of the equipment can be viewed directly.

The system works in a redundant way: "N+1" mode for transmission equipments and "1+1" for receiving equipments.

The equipments are rationally distributed. The transmitter and power amplifier are separated to improve stability of the equipment. The indoor devices of the system are made in modules hold by a case. The system can be composed with flexible choice to suit engineering design and installation of various station patterns.

It has high performance to price ratio. It has the lowest price than other similar products in the country.
