The park of Heilongjiang Railway Signal Technology located at 9 Guoyuan Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin. The land area is 50,000 square meters. The park was the earliest base for construction of the China Eastern Railway during the Russian Tsar period. All buildings in the park were built in Russian style. There are a lot of rare trees in the park that keeps a natural park landscape.

On the original basis, the company has performed full-range transformation to research and production environment and facilities. Decoration, reforestation, and road pavement are made in the company park. Environment for employees’ work and production is effectively improved, laying a solid basis for growth of the company. The park was nominated for the best environmental enterprise of Harbin in September 2003.
